2. Simple search

This will search for products by name and catalogue number. To find a product, type a specific word (e.g. “river water”) or product code (e.g. "LGC6016”) into the search box and click on “Find”.

You will then get a list of appropriate products and any relevant website pages.

Click on "More" to get more information on a product, including structure images, certificates of analysis and material safety datasheets where available.

Please note:

• Search results will appear in alphabetical order.

• Searches are not case sensitive (i.e. water = WATER = WaTeR)

• All product searches must be in English.

• Product name matches can be partial;
  
  e.g. "amine" gives “Clomipramine hydrochloride” and “Vincamine”.
  
  Whereas catalogue numbers must be exact;
  
  e.g. “NIST-1815” gives no result, but “NIST-1815a” gives “n-Heptane”.

• Boolean searching, such as including commas (,) or minus (-) and plus (+) signs, does not work.
